This public version of Mpulse provides textile research and development guidance through instructions used within ChatGPT.
Fernando Marin and Biobio do not operate an external server or database that receives or stores conversations or documents submitted through this version of the plugin. The plugin does not connect to the provider’s private Google Drive.
Content submitted within ChatGPT is processed by OpenAI under its applicable policies and your account settings. For information about OpenAI’s handling of personal data, visit https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/.
Information provided for support
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments you choose to send.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, and manage the support case. Please provide only information necessary for your request and avoid sending passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information.
